  Ik ben echt ontzettend blij met deze prachtige ketting met haren erin verwerkt van mijn overleden paard. Ik vond het best eng om een gepersonaliseerd product als dit op afstand online te bestellen, maar Margriet gaf me alle vertrouwen en beantwoorden alle vragen die ik vooraf had. Omdat ik vanwege de enorme afstand ook niet in de gelegenheid was om zelf de haren erin te komen doen hield Margriet me via de app op de hoogte van het proces. Ik ontving verschillende foto's van het proces van A-Z als ook een video van het plaatsen van de haren. Heel bijzonder om er op die manier bij te zijn betrokken en te zien welke stappen er genomen werden. Dat maakte het heel persoonlijk. De aflevering was sneller dan verwacht en werd ook kundig en netjes afgehandeld. Ik ben zeer tevreden en kan het iedereen aanraden. Nogmaals dank!
